If reporter does not hand over said file, then she is charged with: Tampering w/ Evidence, Obstruction and Destroying Evidence, as well as all related charges regarding the illegal possession of classified material. The FISA warrant is damaging to the corrupt FBI and DOJ.

This guy is indicted (by the corrupt FBI and DOJ).

Meanwhile we've seen no other (Deep State) indictments.

And some here think this indictment is evidence that the DOJ is doing it's job going after the Deep State.

If the Dems take control of the house it’s over. Trump had two years to legally get rid of his enemies. For some reason he took the slow path.

He should have fired Sessions the moment he recused himself. He should have said “This country needs an AG who believes in the rule of law and one who is not a coward. Sadly Jeff Sessions is not the man I thought he was.”. There are so many who should have been arrested within a month of him taking office. Eighteen months later and not one person has been charged.
