Well, Brit, the FBI lied about the veracity of the key information in the warrant application. In any normal federal court case, this warrant and all associated info gathered gets tossed on the first defense motion.

What do you call that? A flawed case that should be tossed out of court. The judges warrant is legal but flawed. That is what a trial is for. But the resources of the state are limitless and will drain you dry. That is the objective here. Not winning these cases in court. Just the power to destroy.

Very sad, and a really valuable lesson for the public to be wary of when we hold our officials accountable.
