What do you call that? A flawed case that should be tossed out of court. The judges warrant is legal but flawed. That is what a trial is for. But the resources of the state are limitless and will drain you dry. That is the objective here. Not winning these cases in court. Just the power to destroy.

Very sad, and a really valuable lesson for the public to be wary of when we hold our officials accountable.

Blackdog, you are correct.

But this case goes beyond “flawed”. There are cases that are “flawed” and get thrown out, and then there are cases of illegal acts by government officials. If the government affiants perpetrated a fraud upon the court, then we are dealing with illegality. Right now it is looking like the government used FISA to spy on the Trump campaign for Obama’s and HRC’s benefit. There may be other crimes involved here.

What is being played out now is to continue to throw confusion and drag this out for as long as Trump is President or until the democraps can control one or both of the houses while Trump is President ... this will drain the public’s will to seek any real justice dry because they are overloaded with information, where lies are given the patina of truth.
