>>>Zach transposed two digits on the guns serial number. A check failed to show it was stolen<<<
Measure twice, cut once.

No matter how this turned out media would blast the good guy with the gun. Its the framing they desire.

There should be a Charles Daehling in every bank.
After a few weeks there would be no more bank robberies.

Bank robber shot on the back sure closes that occupational opportunity.

Sorry, but you have been mislead about the “Robin Hood” legend.
Robin Hood robbed the tax collector and returned the money to the people the tax collector stole them from.

Oh really?
I never knew that’s what Robin Hood was actually doing.
I think the actor Tyrone Power played him in a movie.
He was all jovial and bonvivant, not a care in the material world, so it seemed. Of course the women, both peasants and Royal Born; threw themselves at him.

There certainly was a decided lack of curiosity about the robber wasn’t there?
I was surprised about is that we didn’t find out that the guard might have wet his pants in kindergarten though.

In use-of-force incidents, what, at first glance, appears to be a set of straightforward facts hardly ever is, Koval said. And too often what gets the most attention if the "first glance" report.
