OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. - An Alabama 13-year-old found dead in a wooded area last month was beheaded after she saw two men stab her grandmother to death, an investigator testified Thursday.
The grisly details of Mariah Lopez’s slaying came out during the preliminary hearing of Yoni Martinez Aguilar, AL.com reported. Aguilar, 26, and Israel Gonzalez Palomino, 34, are each charged with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of Lopez and her 49-year-old grandmother and legal guardian, Oralia Mendoza.
Palomino is also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Members of the middle schooler’s family wept as Investigator Stacy Rutherford testified about the details Aguilar, who was Mendoza’s live-in boyfriend, gave in a statement following his June 14 arrest.
According to AL.com, Aguilar told detectives that Mendoza was involved with the Sinaloa cartel, considered to be the world’s most powerful drug trafficking organization.

couldn’t the politicians, and even police who refuse to enforce the immigration laws be charged with DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE? It seems to me there would be a good case for the charge.

Absolutely not. They are pulling a Castro and deliberately off-loading their poor and their criminal element here. Those who remain are either the wealthy, or the workers who serve the wealthy (and that wealthy includes the drug cartels). Bonus-those who come here and earn money by fair means or foul, send a portion back “home”.
Seems like one messed up arrangement all the way around.

Can we spell gangs, boys and girls? I am all in favor of legal immigrants, especially from our neighboring countries, but they’ve got to be checked out first. Why the Dems think it’s a winner to demand that anybody who shows up be allowed to pass is beyond me, because some of the groups that suffer most from these criminals are the immigrant groups themselves.
But that really doesn’t matter to the Dems. “Immigrants” are just Dem tools.
