MS 13 began among El Salvador “refugees” in Los Angeles.
This apparently is Mexican, the Sinaloa Cartel. They do this kind of savagery all the time back in Mexico, and thanks to Bush and Obama and the rest of the amnesty/no borders gang it’s now up here too. Making America Mexico Again.
The 2015 movie Sicario did a decent job of showing the ISIS level of gruesome violence that the Mexican cartels engage in. We probably hear about it more in Los Angeles.
