It’s not Mitches job to “offer counsel” here, He’s only supposed to “advise and consent” after the President makes his selection.

yes-these two could be “soft” on our nonstop stream of invaders (NWO)

Hardiman was the runner-up for the seat that Gorsuch got, Trump obviously already likes him.

McConnell Tries to Nudge Trump Toward Two Supreme Court Options From the NYT? Then you know for sure its 🐂💨💩.
To: Lurkinanloomin
Don't let it be.
Kethledge is solid and doesn't have the baggage that the other two front runners do.
I don't know enough about Hardiman ( the dark horse in the mix ), to say.
To: springwater13
mcturtle’s recommendation is immediate grounds to disqualify.
To: magna carta
Read too much about Kethledge being invader friendly.

Whatever McConnell wants, just smile and wave, and then go with the choices of the conservative constitutional group.

If the left doesn’t go bonkers about who is the nominee, then it’s the wrong nominee.
To: springwater13
The NYT’s? I’m not convinced by their reports on...anything. Besides, as much as Mitch has infuriated me on countless issues, he got us Gorsuch, and he likely knows where he can get votes for these guys.
I like Kethledge the best, but expect the president is privy to information on these candidates that we’re not, so am going to trust his choice.
