Something must have happened between pompeo and the norks that we are not being told about, like a flare up during a meeting or something. But then pompeo is not a skilled negotiator or dealmaker like Trump.
(South Africa built 6 Hiroshima-style atomic weapons in the late 80s, never tested them, and dropped the program over budgetary concerns... but they try really really hard to pretend that it was their high moral standards that guided their decision... while they sport the highest rape rates in the world, by far.)
That’s still funny. And Donald Trump could have given those same answers and they would have been true!
Nork has known about the deal to denuclearize since April. Why all the balking now?
Is this just political posturing? Second thoughts? Maybe trying to work out a deal for nuclear energy?
The Norks did praise Donald Trump in their propaganda blast and said they wanted talks to continue.
So there’s more than the MSM is telling you in its reporting.
Of course. The MSM will take anything negative against Trump and put a negative spin on anything positive about Trump. I think the MSM still thinks most Americans listen to them.
Ve make you an offer you cannot refusse!
The American left (that includes the Dem Pary and the press) will seize upon this as a Trump failure. In reality, it’s part of a process that will result in Nork denuclearization in one way or another.
Notice that the rhetoric is way toned down compared to what we are used to from the NORKS - Trump's got their nipples and gonads in a vise and they have a decision to make as to whether he turns the screw...
“Troubling”, “Gangster-Like”. But Nork standards this is pretty mild stuff.
This was never going to be a straight-line slide toward de-nuclearization and friendly nation status. There’s a lot of animosity to be overcome. And North Korea is going to test our limits. I think they half-expect Trump to roll over like the past 3 presidents in pursuit of a “fake deal”.
Crappy Nork magazines.
What they promised in Singapore was "denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula." In Nork speak, that means that South Korea denuclearizes first by kicking out all U.S. forces, and then North Korea will think about getting rid of their nukes.
Thanks for clearing that up. :)
