Several news articles, including those here, here, and here, mention him as a leading contender to be nominated by President Donald Trump to replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy on the United States Supreme Court.

The one to fear is William Pryor of AL, who prosecuted Judge Moore over the Ten Commandments monument. He signaled a lack of belief in religious freedom in that case.

I started seeing mentions of Brett Kavanaugh almost immediately after the announcement of Kennedy’s retirement, which suggests he’s campaigning for the position.
