The Dems will just increase the blackmail on Justice Roberts and he will become the new Kennedy, throwing some cases to the right and some to the left. Replacing Ginsburg and/or Breyer is the real key to shifting the ideological balance on the Supreme Court. And if there is a solid GOP majority in the Senate after November, I think Justice Thomas will quickly retire so his replacement can be confirmed well in advance of the 2020 election. It’s been rumoured for a number of years that he wanted to retire, but he stuck it out during the Obama years. The Dems are so scared now that they will prop up Ginsburg on the bench even if she’s comatose.

Judge Jeanine Pirro would be wasted on the Supreme Court. She would be much more suited for the position of Attorney General.

I remember the old Daily News too - good working man’s paper. It is such a disgrace now, hard leftwing buffoonery. And seriously, it’s written for an intended audience with a third grade education. A NYC third grade education. Unimaginably juvenile. Makes Highlights magazine read like the American Journal of Physics.
