Back in the day, possession of any amount of MJ in Lousiana was a felony. Even a single stem. Not sure what the law is there now, but that’s how it was.
Why should anyone have to pay a lawyer to defend their freedom for possessing pot?

People are in prison for all kinds of crimes: murder, forcible sodomy, theft, fraud,... And it's common knowledge, that pretty near all of them smoked and possessed pot.

A felony isnt auto prison time. People keep lying about simple possession resulting in prison time. Its a lie.
