1) Let them go free(AKA Catch and Release)
2) Imprison the kids with the parents till court resolution

So yeah a lawsuit is not out of the question. Because they demanded he do something immediately, and he did something immediately.

As a practical matter, Trump has to do this. Regardless, it’s bad optics, and the public will never get the true facts. Just Democrat and Media histeria right now.
