In the parlance of Hillary Clinton, this matter has already been litigated.
Caster Semenya is a hermaphrodite. She has internal testes and no uterus. When this was discovered and it was a big story several years ago (perhaps 2008), her community expressed outrage and cried, “Racism!” Her mother said something like, “Well, sure, she never had a period, but we just thought she would start menstruating later.” Now, come on! Even in the most remote, rural parts of the world, women worry when a girl doesn’t begin to menstruate by a certain age.
In other words she is sadly, a freak of nature.
Do all freaks of nature get to compete with the normals?
Does a 10 foot giant get to play Basketball with 7 footers?
Does a six hundred pound muscled lineman get to play the NFL?
Also, doesn’t the testosterone disqualify her, no matter what the source?
