Among the relevant questions NOT being asked: What differentiates Hillary Clinton's case of mishandling classified documents from the cases where the DoJ did find enough evidence to prosecute?

The case of John Deutch comes to mind. How about Sandy Berger? Or how about the case of Naval Reservist Bryan Nishimura?

These are cases where prosecutors, who we assume were "reasonable", decided the evidence was sufficient for prosecution.

How many cases did the IG compare with Hillary's before deciding that the conclusion was proper, and not affected by bias?
