A chief of Turkish intelligence in Germany, Frankfurt Consul General Ilhan Saygili, who had close ties with Turkish-German Chief Inspector removed from duty for working for MİT Döndü Yazgan, was appointed as an ambassador in Switzerland.
According to a report the German intelligence prepared on the Turkish-German Chief Inspector Döndü Yazgan, who was recently removed from duty for working for the Turkish intelligence service MİT, Yazgan met with Frankfurt and Mainz consuls general. German intelligence had documented that Yazgan shared intelligence information with Turkey via these consuls.
Ilhan Saygılı served as the Frankfurt Consul General between 2008 and 2012 and is known to have worked closely with Chief Inspector Döndü Yazgan who was working as the harmony officer in the Wiesbaden Police.
Saygılı had a close relationship with MİT mole Yazgan and stood out in the beginning as one of the chiefs of Turkish intelligence in southern Germany. On November 14, 2016 Saygili was promoted to be the Bern Ambassador in Switzerland.
During his time as the Frankfurt Consul General, Saygili had close ties with the UETD (Union of European Turkish Democrats) Germany branches along with Döndü Yazgan. He has had close ties with UETD Switzerland since the day he was appointed as the Bern Ambassador.
EMBASSY USED AS MİT HEADQUARTERS
Since Saygili was appointed to the Turkish Embassy in Bern, the embassy has transformed into MİT headquarters. In March, one of Switzerlands largest German language newspapers Tages Anzeiger published an article citing annual reports by the Switzerland Federal Government and announced that the Turkish Embassy in Bern has been turned into MİTs headquarters to recruit agents.
The newspaper wrote that especially after the July 15 coup attempt the Embassy has been turned into a veritable center for agent recruitment and stressed that Turkish immigrants are being forced to carry out espionage activity in the embassy.
WORKS AS AKPS REPRESENTATIVE
Ambassador Saygili has had close ties with AKPs organization UETDs Switzerland branch and pushes AKP policy as he attends many UETD meetings on the side. The Ambassador has close ties with the UETD Switzerland Branch Chairperson Murat Şahin, who has attacked journalist Can Dündar in Zurich, has been involved with many incidents in Switzerland and openly works as an agent for the Turkish state.
MOLE YAZGAN WAS HIS BEST PERSONNEL IN FRANKFURT
When Ilhan Saygili was serving in Frankfurt, his closest personnel was Döndü Yazgan, his mole in Wiesbaden. Saygili took Yazgan to every event he was invited to. This detail was not lost on the German intelligence, and they had documented the close relationship between the two Turks. Saygili had met Yazgan for dinner in Bad Homburg on August 18, 2012.
On September 8, 2012, Saygili had visited Turkish-German business owners in Hessen to say goodbye before he handed over his post in Frankfurt. Yazgan had accompanied him for the whole day. Another person in Saygilis entourage that day was UETD Frankfurt official Abdül Akpınar.

Switzerland: arrest warrant against Turkish diplomats
I wouldn’t describe it as a breaking point. Erdogan is spending government funding as much as possible, and Turks are shifting their money into dollars and Euro....expecting some crash to occur in the next two years. At some point, the Turkish banks will sit down with Erdogan and lay out their decline and how many weeks of cash they have left. His problem is that he can’t go to the IMF to ask for help because they will demand he release the prisoners and allow free elections.
I don’t see how they avoid some major banking crash. Won’t happen this year...but 2019 to 2020....is very likely.
They’re gonna be Venezuela without oil in a few months.
The breaking point I have in mind is not financial. Although all of what you said is likely true.
The military side of this is close to crisis point. The Turkish elections on the 24th will have an impact. If Erdogan does not get a majority on the first balloting, there will be a run off. If that happens he might be defeated. He is like Obozo, he will do anything possible to steal the election. Anything.
Oh, Erdogan (Er DOG an) has openly given support to Maduro (Mad uro) in Venezuela.
Birds of a Feather.
I can easily imagine Erdogan as the reincarnation of some earlier Ottoman emperor. I can imagine him, in solitude at home, believing he is channeling that emperor and seeking its direction.
Oh I could see another ‘fake’ coup being worked up to convince people to run toward Erdogan once again. The problem for the military is that there are probably a thousand Erdogan ‘moles’ in the Turkish military and any of them could flip some Colonel or General over and have them arrested. So a coup by the military is almost a no-go. It’d have to be some revolution situation where university students riot and the military and cops do little to stop them.
I can see him believing his own nonsense. He has dilusions of grandeur.
Kemalists still exist. They have a few Xpat media sources outside of Turkey. They have lots of supporters in the EU (they vote too).
I often run into them on Twitter. They are not toothless.
Yes, many were removed in the purge of the military. Some of the old retired generals are still very powerful.
Erdogan should be afraid. He has associated with some very evil men. He must always be looking over his shoulder.
Then there is the TAK. A very hidden group. But after what Erdogan did in Efrin? They could be motivated. Not good thing.

They look at the Norks and ask themselves “why can’t we have anything nice”.
Did either of you notice the table in the photo?
Strange narrow table top. People are really packed in the room.
Wonder where the photo was taken.
From viewpoint of the Nork citizens? Anything is an improvement.
These are truly interesting times we live in .
It’s a German ‘fest’ table. Usually seen at bar-b-q’s or Oktoberfest situations. They are sitting on the benches which would go with it. The tablecloth color would be different if it were a Oktoberfest. I’m guessing it’s some type of Turkish get-together....catered out. Probably a rented ‘hall’ in the Wiesbaden/Frankfurt area.
Thanks. I was puzzled at the layout. Hard to imagine such density of people in a public place.
But I’ve never been to Germany or to a German beer haul. smile.
“haul” should have been “hall”. smile
It was my mid-afternoon German beer kicking in. lol.
You see a lot of organizations (clubs) that rent out some German city or village ‘center’ or hotel festival area, then they cater out the whole requirement of tables, drinks, food, entertainment.
Speeches get thrown out, and people connect.
I would imagine some pro-Erdogan groups exist in Germany and they have regular quarterly receptions or parties.
Yes, those groups are notorious in Germany. They plot assassinations and kidnappings. Serious, no joke.
Are hit squads about to take aim at Turkey’s dissidents abroad?

Somewhere I have a german article similar to this. It was a big scandal. They actually attempted assassination of two Turkish women.
Opps!
Linkie no workie. (I should have check the link, had it in my scratchpad file.)
