In recent days, we have seen reporters, Members of Congress, and other groups mislead the public on the Department of Homeland Securitys (DHS) zero-tolerance policy.
Federal law enforcement officers have sworn duties to enforce the laws that Congress passes. Repeating intentionally untrue and unsubstantiated statements about DHS agents, officers, and procedures is irresponsible and deeply disrespectful to the men and women who risk their lives every day to secure our border and enforce our laws. Myth
DHS has a policy to separate families at the border. Fact
DHS does not have a blanket policy of separating families at the border. However, DHS does have a responsibility to protect all minors in our custody. This means DHS will separate adults and minors under certain circumstances. These circumstances include: 1) when DHS is unable to determine the familial relationship, 2) when DHS determines that a child may be at risk with the parent or legal guardian, or 3) when the parent or legal guardian is referred for criminal prosecution.

Maybe nextdoor to individual loudmouth nitwits from the entertainment industry -- trying to push illegals into high-end neighborhoods would incur legal costs (like the Kennedy family kileld Cape Winds alt-energy), and isn't foolproof, since not everyone in those neighborhoods are white libs.
Anyone see the recording of crying children circulating on Facebook and media? Wonder about the accuracy/authentication of that.
They process them to get their biometric data stored into the DHS database. The law is that first offense is a misdemeanor and the second offense becomes a felony.
No, the illegals have always been "processed". In fact, the men are processed in a separate facility than the men and then "jailed" until they can go before a immigration judge to be sentenced (deported, asylum).
BookMark
Isn’t Planned Parenthood a government funded agency that forcibly separates innocent children from their mothers every single day? Where’s the outrage over that?
Not before 1986, they took their information and sent them home, period.
Ehhhh, that is considered "processing". I rest my case, processing has ALWAYS taken place, period
