Under committee rules, the ranking Democrat must agree with the chairman in order to issue a subpoena.Stupid rule, but they could still be subpoenaed by the house committee.
Comey, Lynch, and McCabe all hiding now will only make the case against them stronger, not that the MSM will report it.
