Happy Father’s Day, larryjohnson...
Great that you could share it with your son, and pretty neat that your daughter called, too.
Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...sounds like a wonderful day all around.
Hey there, Kathy.
Hope you do get that rain tonight.
No rain for our soybeans today. :-( There have been storms around but nothing here. There’s one with a lot of lightning to the west that I thought was closer than it is. It’s sitting in place over I-65 and that’s at least 40 miles from us. Those are tall thunderclouds!
Howdy, LUV.
Have a good day? Did you get a decent amount of rain last night?
Good evening, mountainlion....that was a great video about the Stryker.
I was a slacker til about 1p...then laundry, cleaning the guest room (pretty simple), a little paperwork, and an hour trying to find the directions to reset a clock. As I gave up, there they were....got the clock reset. LOL!
I think she is coming along well. She has some experience with our system, but they did things very different at her last job. One day at a time....she is going to be responsible, completely, for one of the new companies as she has experience with their time gathering system. This is a big plus.
Squinting from my smartphone, heh, heh
At least you did get in some slacker time today. LOL! The rest of the day doesn’t sound like it was too strenuous. Just a little frustrating for a bit with that clock.
Great that they’re giving one of the new companies to her. A good start. Hope it doesn’t take them long to give her others to take some of the load off the rest of you.
I didn’t do much today. Did too much last night, but night time is when I’m most motivated to do stuff. The ol’ back’s paying for it now though. Ouch!
Good evening, Mayor, and thank you for today’s sustenance for body and soul.
Hope you had a Happy Father’s Day!
Ready to take on the new week?
d:o)
Good evening, Luv...he was indeed a hero.
Hope you got a little relief from the heat, and got a nap.
Stay inside if the lightning gets close.
Oh no....posting from your phone. REaders are a must!!
You boys have a wonderful time!!
Take good care of that back.
I am walking away from my computer and going to the lounger and my fuzzy blanket and watch a movie.
Hey, there, radu and Kathy! I’ll answer you both since you both asked.
It was a very good day. Never even reached 80 degrees today. I could stand that for the rest of the summer. LOL! We got over 2 inches of rain last night. It was wonderful. Of course, I had a back yard full of soaking wet cats this morning. Except mine. They stayed in and Peaches was so huggy that I got no sleep. But, yes, I did make it up with a nice nap this afternoon.
How was the weather where y’all are? Hope you get some rain soon, too. Trust me, I know how it feels when there isn’t any for so long. It’s downright depressing!
Right now it’s 71 degrees. Perfect evening temp. Don’t you think?
Lightning from that storm was never a threat since it was so far away. It moved westward and fizzled out a little while ago.
We have rain chances all week though they aren’t all that high. Maybe we’ll get lucky and have at least one storm blow up over us to give the beans a good soaking.
Now that sounds like a great plan!
Enjoy your movie!
YAY for all that rain! You sure needed it!
Now you’ve both gotten some much-needed rain and I hope we’ll get a turn tomorrow.
Is the shed door closed or is it just that LBK and her kittens won’t go in there? Poor soggy kittehs.
Dang, LUV, y’all had it NICE today. It was hotter ‘n Hades here and that will be the case all week long. Low to mid 90s and muggy, muggy, muggy.
