The top FBI agent explicitly named throughout the recent Justice Department inspector general report as having anti-Trump bias will voluntarily go before Congress.
In a letter sent Saturday and made public Sunday to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, the lawyer for Peter Strzok says he will voluntarily appear and testify before the panel, and “any other Congressional committee that invites him.”
Aitan Goelman said the idea that Strzok would have to be subpoenaed to appear is “wholly unnecessary.”

Since they can't prosecute the only thing they can do is make a criminal referral. They recommended that McCabe be fired, they did not make a criminal referral which I am sure they could have but chose not to. They are after all part of the deep state.

#16. The big issue will be whether the Committee he is testifying before has other information to charge him with perjury if he lies (and esp. if it is in print).
I’ll bet Page is sweating in her panties because she doesn’t know whether he will give her up to save his own ass.
However, any committee before which he will appear had better have all its ducks in a row and not make any mistakes. Strzok is no dummy despite what he has written. He knows how the game is played and he may just turn out to be a better player at obfuscation than most.

As for the subpoenaed documents, we’re trying to prepare them, but the shredder’s broken.
The president can clear any classification for release.
Take all of strokes still-redacted texts and have the president clear them the night before stroke testifies.
Then the first gop asks stroke a bunch of questions based on unredacted texts ... When stroke has perjured himself and declines to answer based on classified data , then tell him the president has unredacted strokes texts and stroke can either sit there and answer every question or submit to arrest right now.
Optics.
And do not forget that stroke can be asked about Mueller!
