Not citizenship (yet) but residency, legal terms. I doubt it’s 3.8 million because the last administration covered the books on what really is the number for these unpatriotic leeches.
Maybe I would take BILLIONS immediate pay, for the wall, no grandstanding, just to get this over with.
Legal status should be contingent on doing something helpful (Perhaps testifying against the drug smugglers and the coyotes. )
