Instalation of the private unsecured (by the US Gov for use of Classified e.g. SIPRNET) server IS THE CRIME THAT WOULD LAND HER IN PRISON THE REST OF HER LIFE AND BAR HER FROM EVER HOLDING FED PUBLIC OFFICE.

The classified material - some at the highest classification level conceived - is a violation of the ESPIONAGE ACT. Classified material must never be allowed to leave it's approved container/server/authorized recipient. Anthony Weiner is not authorized to have those documents anywhere near him, and Hitlery allowed that to occur through the use of her unauthorized server which the USG had never approved and authorized for safekeeping classified material on. NO INTENT WAS NECESSARY BUT COMEY REWROTE THE LAW just like Chief Justice Roberts did with Obamascare - the entire Ovomit Administration was one huge law breaking enterprise and it is damn near time America wake up to this fact.

Then you have the less significant crime of Hildebeast having the intent of violating the Fed Records Keeping Act by using a server the Government did not back up and preserve ALL PUBLIC records on.
