No, you apparently are not understanding my position.
I am saying these two men are alive because the victim choose to tie the robbers up and rape them instead of killing them. I am not excusing him because he was a gay rapist, in the past.
OK. Do you defend his decision to rape them? Was that a good thing for him to do? Does that constitute self defense?
