This is a state or county owned venue? The 2A prohibition on infringement was specifically directed at gov’t, not private entities. This should not stand.

I see the name "Scott Wiener" a lot in these types of articles about crazy California stuff. He's the guy behind the new California law making knowingly lying to someone and giving them a lifetime affliction of HIV be no longer a felony, but at the same time was behind another law making calling someone by the wrong pronouns a jailable offense. He seems to be a real piece of work too, judging by the photos of him campaigning against the recent successful recall of Josh Newman.
The state shouldn't PROFIT from the sale of anything. PROFIT is such an interesting word to use in the context of GOVERNMENT.
