That’s an easy one to answer. Mohan has not been arrested because he is not white, and thus not held to the same expectations. It also helps him that he is not anywhere near as well known as Tommy. Thus he is less likely to be an influencer of many.

I follow Raj Speakers Corner (mentioned in the comments at the link) on Twitter and YouTube. In one of his videos, he said that the Sikhs have been having trouble with Muslim grooming gangs for years. Unlike the Brits, the Sikhs are less inclined to put up with this sort of crap and a vigilatism issue was developing.
