I watched the video several times. I saw the young guy advance, reaching out to put hands on the older guy, before the older guy fired any shots. The warning shots were reckless but I’ll be damned if I’d let anyone approach me like that, possibly trying to take my firearm.

Need about thirty seconds more video/audio prior to what’s shown to understand it better.

He wasn’t on the shooters property. It was time to determine if the guy was really a neighbor or not. No shot should have been fired into the air or anywhere unless he was trespassing on the gun owner’s property.

If someone blocked me on a road leading to my property and pulled a gun. I would have a $h!t fit. If the gun owner wished to follow me to my house so be it. I would have a key. But don’t point a gun at me EVER. Not to be taken lightly.

The gun owner was obviously a wannabe cop or something. He certainly wasn’t too bright.
