Could she sue ABC’s breech of contract based on Americans With Disabilities Act? She said the “tweet” was an adverse reaction to a prescribed medication - Ambirin. Also heard on radio she acknowledges psychological illness — multiple personality syndrome... Did ABC make sufficient accommodation to this known medical condition?

I’d like to know how what she tweeted is considered racist. Seems to me that being Muslim is your religion not a race and the planet of the apes references a series of movies that featured fictional characters. Appears to be fake outrage on the left as usual.

Considering the vile nasty crap that liberals say about trump- evanka, Melania etc, and no one getting fired for gt them- I’d say the morality clause isn’t very strong- used to be there were certain words you could not say on TV- single beds were a no no between married couples- (had to have to separate beds) men could not kiss women that weren’t their spouse in the movie- etc- Now we have ‘comedians’ holding up bloody heads and using the most vile disgusting words imaginable as common every day language on their shows
ABC is just playing the selective moral outrage game because a black person/muslim was involved as the ‘victim’- Had it been said about a Christian black conservative person- ABC would not have canceled the show

Here’s what will happen.
Sara Gilbert is not only an actress on the show, but the producer. How she convinced the network and the production company for this position....is an unknown. But in this process....she hired up a number of SJW writers for the show. To some minor degree....she did allow Roseanne some moments to press on stories, but if you notice back four weeks ago....Sara mandated that NO Trump mention would occur in the 2019 season. She was already modeling the show to be a SJW concept.
So I think Roseanne figured all of this out, and did the correct thing...faking out ABC enough on fake racism stuff, and getting the series cut. Or...did they just invent the creation (the “Jackie” show)?
Rumor has it that talks started up yesterday on Jacky, Dan and producer Gilbert moving onto a series without Roseanne. I don’t think John Goodman will agree to the angle, and he will be killed off as well as a character.
But I think Roseanne already has a new show idea in the making and likely talking to Fox. My suggestion? Make it a show about a dead mother from the heartland area (yeah, like the Roseanne character) who has died but God won’t open the gates for her, and she has to return...probably in the form of some black mother who has four kids who need mature leadership. Yep, Roseanne emerges and the second Gilbert creation flounders.
That’s my prediction. ABC took the bait, and lost their big chance.
Other ABC employees have said worse things both on and odd air and they weren’t punished. Her suit would be disparate behavior by ABC in her punishment.
