In Texas, we are not blaming guns for the school shooting

Student shootings are horrible events, especially for those who remember dropping off children at schools that look very much like the one near Houston.

Nevertheless, it's good to see that we are not blaming guns or letting left-wing groups use high school students to carry their message.

The Los Angeles Times noticed the difference between South Florida and Houston in this report:

There was no outcry against firearms in Santa Fe after a gunman killed 10 and wounded 13 others Friday. Guns didn't come up at a prayerful vigil attended by 1,000 people that evening. On Saturday, there were no protests, and local leaders don't expect any Sunday.

That's a good thing. Butt, the "hags"* and parkland crowd are inserting themselves in to the fray because not doing anything is not acceptable. A full page ad has been posted in the houston chronicle apparently. Yawn.

But, the National Gun Grabbers aren't making the headlines because:

1-A revolver and a shotgun were used, and that doesn't fit their public narrative.

2-A School Resource Officer stopped the shooting, and that doesn't fit their public narrative.

Texas is (so far) a civilized, conservative state- Floriduh is a nihilist, socialist state. Because of interstate immigration from other socialist states, Texas is increasingly becoming more antifa

Texas has 200 school systems that have enhanced security which involves armed teachers and other personnel. The other 800 or so should be getting on the bandwagon fairly soon.

Note: No one who is trying to do harm will mess with one of the 200 school systems. The school system in Galveston County was not one of the 200 who have deployed the enhanced security.

Totally explains why this event disappeared from the mainstream media coverage in mere hours. Doesn’t fit the gun-confiscation narrative.

If the Democrats want Gun-Control, we can give them Gun-Control.

How about a modified 2nd amendment that makes it illegal for Democrats to own guns?

Its Democrats that are going on killing-sprees with guns, not Republicans.

"If the Democrats want Gun-Control, we can give them Gun-Control. How about a modified 2nd amendment that makes it illegal for Democrats to own guns?"

How could they disagree with this? Their only argument would be that if Conservatives are going to have guns, THEY need guns for self defense. And isn't that OUR argument against de-arming the population? After all, the police can keep them safe, same way they expect the police to keep us ALL safe.

BOOM
