A significant business partner of Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s personal lawyer, has quietly agreed to cooperate with the government as a potential witness, a development that could be used as leverage to pressure Mr. Cohen to work with the special counsel examining Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Under the agreement, the partner, Evgeny A. Freidman, a Russian immigrant who is known as the Taxi King, will avoid jail time, and will assist government prosecutors in state or federal investigations, according to a person briefed on the matter.

So, he didn’t pay PERSONAL taxes for years and took a plea to it. I’m failing to see how this hurts Cohen, who hasn’t even been charged with tax evasion personally or for ownership of taxi medallions that he was in business with this guy for. Some wishful thinking from the Slimes here.

I’ve stopped going to Drudge. He posts click-bait type headline links (without identifying the source of the link) and when you click on the link, most frequently, you’re led to the leftist NYT’s paywall or to the open-borders globalist Wall Street Journal’s paywall. Since I refuse to give them a penny, I no longer waste my time going to Drudge.
