Stephen Miller: Trump America’s ‘negotiator-in-chief,’ what voters wanted ‘times 10’

In a break from past administrations, President Trump is using brass knuckles to personally cut deals on trade, military burden sharing, diplomacy, domestic energy production and regulations that aides describe as unprecedented and propelling an economic boom.

In several detailed to Secrets, Trump has confronted world leaders in Oval Office meetings to demand better treatment and pushed his Cabinet secretaries to weigh decisions in favor of taxpayers, according to officials.

“Everything that the American people hoped for when they cast that ballot for change for a new kind of leadership in Washington, everything that they hoped they would get, I am telling you that they not only received it, but they’ve gotten it times 10,” said senior aide Stephen Miller.

Yep.

This goes to show what someone with REAL WORLD experience, not just schlubs who have lived their whole life leeching off the voter to make a living like nearly every Democrat up to an including Obama (and most Republicans too) can do when steering our ship of state in America.

There is a difference between business negotiating and political negotiating.

In Business Negotiating, you usually have your own skin in the game (your own money)

In Political Negotiating, you have your list of things you have “accomplished” in the game, usually obtained with other people’s money. Like Obama.

The fact that the media hates this president is so revealing.

There is a difference between business negotiating and political negotiating.

Was it just 3 years ago, we suddenly woke up to the possibility that the forgone conclusion that the presidential race was predetermined as being between Jeb and HRC had changed with an announcement in Trump Tower? I got excited that day.

Looking back, it took awhile to get onto the Trump train, but my excitement was that the GOPe would finally have a contender to go against them, ala Trump.

I saw little in actual results accomplished by either jeb or hrc, but here came a real contender, yes a novice at presidential politics but a proven winner from a city whose motto is "If I can make it here, I can make it anywhere!"

“How much are we paying Trump?”

I think he’s getting $1/year. Remainder goes to charity.

Ronald Reagan was a self made man. For the most part so was HW Bush. But Clinton was a political creature. Little Bush was just a spoiled little shiite.

Yes, you are correct there. There are exceptions for sure. But the vast majority of politicians are people who have never had to make a company profitable...and I think that is very important.

Yes...I admit that at the beginning of the campaign when he announced, I knew nothing about Trump other than he was a variously unsuccessful and successful businessman with odd hair and an outsized personality who owned a casino and was involved in beauty pageants somehow. That was it.

I had never seen video of him speaking, had never seen “The Apprentice”. He wasn’t my first choice of candidates either, I was inclined to vote for Cruz early on, given the field.

But I got on the Trump train very quickly when he showed what we all see now...that he doesn’t seem to give a rat’s patootie about saying the politically correct thing...he seems to feel much the same about many things as I do, and...even better...he isn’t afraid to say so!

Just wow!

I wasn’t onboard at first, I thought he was a blowhard and he can be at times, plus he’s his own self-caricature, difficult to grasp what he actually is from surface impressions, showmanship, a lot of that and it’s served him well over the decades. But, I was hooked after the first rally I watched. A blast, fun, funny man with great comedic timing, but very matter-of-fact and blunt about what needed to be done and I found that I agreed with him on virtually everything. I chose then and there, roll the dice, primary vote for Trump, this man can move the needle and actually accomplish something. No mere window dressing with him, no business as usual for better or worse. I’m happy thus far, although he’s been so hamstrung by opposition. I don’t think even he anticipated the level of it.

I’ve always thought governors made for good POTUS candidates.

They’ve already essentially done the job, on a smaller scale.

One thing’s for sure, freshman senators whose only other experience is being a community organizer in a liberal sh!thole, should not be considered...

Say that after the wall is built.

A lot of loud spanish speaking in this new york suburb. All of the panera workers. They”re speaking spanish to each other. They can’t understand what I’m saying.

Little gangs of single mothers with their kids running around starbucks. Yelling in Spanish, Obnoxious

Sorry. They are emboldened after Trump’s failure to get this done. He’ll get it done. But not before it gets worse
