This will be a weekly post.
Count is now at 39.
Approximately 150 judicial vacancies left to go.
Yeah, I heard the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the media.
Judicial placements are long-term assets for constitutionalists.
I believe that the investigations against democrats is being paced because of the need to bring the judiciary back to sanity.
Do you have a ping list?

All of the current vacancies on the court of appeals and 11 of the 19 district court vacancies are considered judicial emergencies based on criteria established by the Judicial Conference of the United States.
The total number of Obama Article III judgeship nominees to be confirmed by the United States Senate is 329, including two justices to the Supreme Court of the United States, 55 judges to the United States Courts of Appeals, 268 judges to the United States district courts, and four judges to the United States Court of International Trade.
We have a ways to go...but 21-CCA appointed to date, 14 CCA positions open and 6 future CCA vacancies announced (1 9th Circuit) c/w 55 total CCA appointed in Obama’s 8 years is a very good start.
I don’t have a ping list. Don’t really know how to do that. My posts are usually under the elections tab.
We have to keep the pressure on to speed up these judicial confirmations in the Senate. Call or write your GOP senator and say Leader McConnell must keep the Senate longer in session as to hours per day, days per week and into August. After the 11/18 midterms, the GOP may be blocked as to these judges.
I think the republicans are going to keep the senate (and likely the house). But you’re right, the pressure must be kept up.
When McCain’s dead or retired and Flake and Corker gone and a number of good conservatices elected, it’ll be easier to apply more pressure on the leadership.
The priority appears to be on Circuit nominees - that’s a good thing.
This is why keeping hold of the Senate is so essential. Another 2 years of filling up Circuit Courts with young conservative nominees will affect jurisprudence for an entire generation.
There is only 261 appointments waiting to be approved. Wake the heck up Mitch. Get the job done or get the heck out of DC. #DitchTheMitch, Kentucky! He is stonewalling. Enough.
Please keep in mind that everyone needs to go through background and financial checks. It is not only up to McConnell...
I believe Ted Kennedy died before "he cast his vote"
I think McCain will follow suit.
And I think we'll have a critical vote while Ruthie's on ice
BECAUSE THEY NEVER TELL US ANYWAY.
I’m thinking in the 8 years we will have 3 more. This is one of President Trump’s best chances to have a lasting effect in moving America back to the Constitution and on to a conservative path.
I always did, but for the longest time it was sort of a defensive position.
Now I kind'a swagger.
(Actually, I'm old and a little toddering, but it LOOKS like swagger .... and I dig it !)
Winning!
I know just what you mean.
Shouldn’t Congress be going on “recess” soon? Couldn’t Trump do a quick recess appointment for all the rest of them?
The foot dragging is a form of treason.
