Obama and his commissars turned the once respected FBI into a Soviet style secret police agency to do the dirty work of its political masters. Same can be said of the entire Department of Justice, IRS, CIA and the NSA. The military was neutered. However long it takes, however hard the swamp resists and painful it is, Obama, Lynch, Comey, Brennan and the rest must be brought to justice and held accountable. If there are DOJ investigations going on right now, we shouldn’t know a thing about them. Any leaks or comments could be grounds for a mistrial when defense counsel argues the potential jury pool was prejudiced.
A reasonable prosecutor would probably wait for the IG report as it only strengthens his hand.
I believe a criminal train must be held in the Federal district where an alleged crime was committed, but a grand jury can be convened and the indictments returned anywhere.
