IG=Inspector General

He can investigate but not prosecute.

Mueller can investigate and prosecute with few limitations.

The depth of Concern should be readily Identifiable with the rantings of John Brennen on twitter in 3.2.1

Nope. Obama’s appointee, reappointed by AG Sessions. Very good strategy. Dems can’t scream bias.

...IG has no teeth. Look for the treacherous Rosenstein to gum the issues taking not a single bite of the evidence.

All US attorneys report to RosenSwamp. While Sessions is recused on all Clinton connected matters, Rosenstein remains the top dog on all of those matters.

That's still a problem.

It would be fabulous if the case could be heard in Utah. Sadly, there is nothing to suggest any nexus with Utah that would make it a proper venue.

Obama and his commissars turned the once respected FBI into a Soviet style secret police agency to do the dirty work of its political masters. Same can be said of the entire Department of Justice, IRS, CIA and the NSA. The military was neutered. However long it takes, however hard the swamp resists and painful it is, Obama, Lynch, Comey, Brennan and the rest must be brought to justice and held accountable. There can be no other conclusion that Obama tried to rig a Presidential election and subverted democracy.

“Comey is the guy who should go down. He was thinking Hillary was going to be President and that interfered with his decision. In other words, he made a political decision and not a legal decision. And it was not even his decision to make. Lynch has to go down with him”.

Right on!

Lynch needs to share a cell with a 300 pound dyke with a very nasty attitude.

The investigation work has already been done by the IG.
The criminal referral has been made.
There is no need for another investigation, as it all
has been done. That is what the IG report was about.

So, what exactly are u talking about regarding doing it right.

If there are DOJ investigations going on right now, we shouldn’t know a thing about them. Any leaks or comments could be grounds for a mistrial when defense counsel argues the potential jury pool was prejudiced.

A reasonable prosecutor would probably wait for the IG report as it only strengthens his hand.

Sadly, there is nothing to suggest any nexus with Utah that would make it a proper venue.

I believe a criminal train must be held in the Federal district where an alleged crime was committed, but a grand jury can be convened and the indictments returned anywhere.

In case you missed it:

Who is John Huber, the Utah US attorney investigating claims of FBI misconduct?

And please note the date of the article.

THAT, my FRiend, is my only 'inside track.'

CNN should have back to back non-stop 24 hour news coverage for this for at least the next 3 to 4 weeks starting now
