Reasonable grounds and reasonable suspicion are not the same thing.

The IG report says Reasonable Grounds.

Would you rather have half assed indictments now or solid indictments a little later?

“Gee, that isn’t fair. We wanted indictments last month and convictions this month!”

Thanks for posting this sanity and reality.

The ignorance and impatience of a lot of Freepers here is pathetic. You act like this is a WWE match that has to be finished before the end of its TV time slot. -----

You are SO RIGHT.

“BS

Of course. But I’d like to see and enjoy it in our lifetimes.

Pretty much every human working left winger getting a paycheck from the DOJ/FBI/CIA inside the Beltway right now is the target of an investigation.

‘If there are DOJ investigations going on right now, we shouldn’t know a thing about them.’

The myth that never dies. Investigations involve action. People are interviewed. Their homes and offices are searched. Their electronic devices and other evidence is collected and removed. It goes on.

The TRUST SESSIONS crew thinks an investigation takes place in a sealed room, with people sitting around and brainstorming, or perhaps practicing remote viewing. It’s crazy.

Two things for you to think about ... 1. If a U.S. Attorney is going to convene a grand jury in this case to consider criminal charges against crooked DOJ/FBI officials, is there any jurisdiction where a grand jury is more likely to return indictments than Utah?

2. After Donald Trump was inaugurated in January 2017, nearly all of the sitting U.S. Attorneys were asked to submit their letters of resignation (a few who were close to retirement were permitted to stay for a few more months). This is a routine process when a new administration takes over. One of the U.S. Attorneys submitted a resignation letter but it wasn't accepted (that would be Rod Rosenstein of the District of Maryland). Another one submitted a resignation letter that was accepted, but he was immediately re-appointed to replace himself (that would be John Huber of the District of Utah).

Do you think any of this is a coincidence?

____________

Thank you for the wisdom.

Ha.
Where is McCabe’s indictment.
It has been over a month since a criminal referral was made.
Everything needed is in the IG report. Everything.
First you fools tell us to wait until the IG reports are released.
And then all hell will break loose.
And then you move the goal posts again.
It’s been over 2 months since the IG report was released.
Yet, no indictment of McCabe.

Look at the original charge for Mueller. He was indeed tasked with only investigating links between the Trump campaign and Russia. Not at all tasked with investigating Russian interference in 2016.

Thanks for saying”conspired with Bill on a tarmac”.

Other descriptions might have made me lose my lunch.

It’s been over a month since the first criminal referral was made on McCabe. Yet, no indictment of this criminal. I would not hold my breath on indictments. ---------------

“Reasonable grounds,” when used in the context of a law enforcement officer’s decision to make an arrest, means probable cause.

OK, well for a valid (”reasonable”) search or seizure, probable cause is required (4A). I don’t know why they try to change “probable cause” to “reasonable grounds” except for maybe one reason - to eventually confuse it with reasonable suspicion thus lowering the standard by stealth, as the Left always does, in favor of the government.

Okay. Show me a year long WWE match and I’ll concede your point. In fact, this crap has been going on a YEAR and I see NO proof that ANY of the people trying to subvert our democracy are going to be brought to justice. In fact, the longer this goes on, the more it looks like the deep state, not President Trump and the forces of good are actually calling the shots here. And, yes, I suspect that Sessions is nothing more than a deep state plant.

You will just have to buck up AC and see the truth.
There hasn’t been one indictment. Not one.
If and when indictments begin to happen ping me.
