Inspector General Horowitz found “reasonable grounds” for believing there has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Horowitz has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution, says investigative reporter, Paul Sperry. Buckle up because IG Horowitz’s report is going to light DC up.

The myth that never dies. Investigations involve action. People are interviewed. Their homes and offices are searched. Their electronic devices and other evidence is collected and removed. It goes on.
The TRUST SESSIONS crew thinks an investigation takes place in a sealed room, with people sitting around and brainstorming, or perhaps practicing remote viewing. It’s crazy.

After Donald Trump was inaugurated in January 2017, nearly all of the sitting U.S. Attorneys were asked to submit their letters of resignation (a few who were close to retirement were permitted to stay for a few more months). This is a routine process when a new administration takes over. One of the U.S. Attorneys submitted a resignation letter but it wasn't accepted (that would be Rod Rosenstein of the District of Maryland). Another one submitted a resignation letter that was accepted, but he was immediately re-appointed to replace himself (that would be John Huber of the District of Utah).
Do you think any of this is a coincidence?

Where is McCabe’s indictment.
It has been over a month since a criminal referral was made.
Everything needed is in the IG report. Everything.
First you fools tell us to wait until the IG reports are released.
And then all hell will break loose.
And then you move the goal posts again.
It’s been over 2 months since the IG report was released.
Yet, no indictment of McCabe.
Look at the original charge for Mueller. He was indeed tasked with only investigating links between the Trump campaign and Russia. Not at all tasked with investigating Russian interference in 2016.

“Reasonable grounds,” when used in the context of a law enforcement officer’s decision to make an arrest, means probable cause.

OK, well for a valid (”reasonable”) search or seizure, probable cause is required (4A). I don’t know why they try to change “probable cause” to “reasonable grounds” except for maybe one reason - to eventually confuse it with reasonable suspicion thus lowering the standard by stealth, as the Left always does, in favor of the government.

Okay. Show me a year long WWE match and I’ll concede your point. In fact, this crap has been going on a YEAR and I see NO proof that ANY of the people trying to subvert our democracy are going to be brought to justice.
