Peter Strozk is going to prison. As well as the leader of this. Question is will Sessions go back to uranium one to get Mueller?

Loretta Lynch also needs to go to jail. Maybe she can pick up golf there as her recreation, and she could be the 19th hole.

Actually, I think Huber’s work involves oversight of a team of lawyers. So I’m not even sure if he’d have to convene a grand jury in Utah or if he would just refer it elsewhere to the appropriate district.

Yes, I believe Huber has been tasked to oversee these investigations.

Not to convene a GJ and to conduct an investigation.

At this point in time, with only that sliver of information about that one conclusion by Horowitz, there are two possibilities for this one issue.

1) The violations of law contributed to the incorrect conclusion that Hillary Clinton and others should not be charged. and that she and others need to be charged now.

2) The violations of law did not contribute to Comey’s conclusion that Hillary Clinton and others should not be charges, and that they should not be charged even now.

3) Horowitz believes that whoever is in charge of the DOJ should flip a coin and then not do much of anything except make grand speeches about what they intend to do, because intent is the most important factor.

Of course not. State Dept and CIA won't be covered by DOJ/OIG.

Avenatti is obviously being paid for by the Dems. So who’s the insider who’s leaking this info....since those records are under attorney/client privilege.

Reasonable Grounds appears to be the same as probable cause. I believe there is precedent.

Having an investigator/prosecutor from outside Washington was genius. He doesn't have to worry about stepping on toes of his friends because these are people he knows the names of but doesn't really know.

No, not at all. Huber and all US Attorneys report to Rosenstein.

Here is Huber working for Rosenstein, inside DC.

And here is Huber working for Rosenstein in Utah.

No, reasonable grounds or reasonable suspicion usually requires little more than an articulatable “hunch” whereas probable cause requires evidence of a “fair probability” that a crime has been committed.

This is why the crossfire hurricane gang ran to the NYT’s trying to get their side of the story out....they are in deep trouble!

Hopefully, Homeland Security and TSA will have the names to freeze their passports to prevent any travel out of CONUS, with the exception to the new Gitmo Shores!

As Q would say:

Why did Obama appoint Huber?
Why is Huber a Democrat?
Think logically.

Rachael Madkow and Susan Mikula dating since 1999 but still not in a hurry to get married!

Name one Obama-appointed Democrat that you trust, then explain why you trust that individual."
