I agree. I thought about that angle, but left it out.
Which is why it is important that Romney is not the only one that gets in and the majority does not end up being totally dependent on his vote. Otherwise, he would essentially control the Senate. We need to gain seats. Breaking even at 51-49 with Romney and Collins would be quite a precarious situation.
