That he is for sure and he knows how much he is despised. I knew a guy who suffered with this disease of the brain and died. He was a really angry guy toward the end. He wasn't the same person at all really. Similar but very different.
It's hard to say how much of these comments are him right now and how much of it is the disease. It does no one any good for the media to publish his comments. The left wing news media is just using him for every last ounce of ill will they can before he croaks. Sad and pathetic.

It is also difficult to speculate as to how many of these comments are issued by his progressive staff advisors and not McCain. He could be in a weeks long coma and they continue to use McCain’s “voice” to further the anti-Trump left wing agenda to the end.
It is the person and not the disease. My father died of this horrible cancer and he possessed none of the vile traits of John McCain.(Thank God)
