You know, Trump must have been a really honest and ethical businessman to be able to withstand the amount of scrutiny he is being treated to. I really would have thought that pretty much anybody would have shown to have some compromising background, but all he has is a relatively tame sexual relationship so far. The DOJ is the political nerve center of the government. All Presidents put their most trusted allies in those positions. Kennedy appointed his brother (Joe Sr. insisted on it), Reagan had long-time friend Meese, and Obama appointed fellow-travelers Holder and Lynch. He even made sure his AGs were black.
Trump should have appointed Jared Kushner. Trump has no friends in DC, and he needs to be very careful who he trusts.
