With that picture, she won’t survive a full term. There is something wrong with our system when someone so decrepit is making laws that impact our lives.

As an aside, Liberals like to say that the 2nd Amendment didn’t foresee “assault rifles” and should not be allowed. By the same logic, the average life span in 1790 was 36, so no over 40 should be allowed to serve in Congress.

Many (not saying you) misunderstand the life-span statistic. Since nearly half of the kids didn’t make it through the first year of life, the average life span was relatively short. No one thought of a 36-year old back then as “old”.

Yup, my sister did our family tree all the way back to the 1600s and literally, half the kids died within the first year or two. If they made it to 4 years old, they had a pretty good chance of living to a ripe old age. The first of my surname came over in 1630 and the girl he married lived to be 100.
