Agree totally. Let him get a subpoena. First off, let him get a judge to issue one. Of course, they’ll judge shop, but that judge is going to have to realize that they’re issuing a subpoena for the President of the United States, not you or me. Mueller will have to lay out his case, more or less. He’ll have to explain to the court why he wants to talk to the President and what information he thinks he has.

Then, when the President has that, his team of lawyers could, potentially, have a field day with the whole thing. Starting from the very beginning and having explained to the world, how the investigation was initiated when no crime was committed, no probable cause existed and there is no federal statute for, collusion. And, lets not forget how clinton was interviewed and she wasn’t the President. All he has to do is ask, publicly, why she was afforded those accommodations and he isn’t.

Then move on to the raid and wiretaps of Cohen. Which they said was for issues, unrelated to the SC investigation. But, they relied on the mandate that Rosenstein gave for the SC, to get the wiretaps and warrants for everything.

I think they are way way way too arrogant for their actual abilities. They are used to bankrupting people(which they are doing) and intimidating anyone “with the full weight of the federal government” to get their results.

There’s a damn good chance that Manafort is going to mop the floor with them. Look at what they’re asking for now? Blank subpoena’s. Are you f*cking kidding me. At first they said they have him talking to the Russians. Now they can’t produce any evidence of that. WOW!!! With their blank subpoena’s they could go after every single person that Manafort knows, with the hopes that one or more, would flip and give them something to go after him with. And, if that is realized, proven and it comes out that they really don’t have anything, and they indicted him, Holy Moly!!!

Gen Flynn, they paraded around like conquering dictators, at first. Then we find out that their FBI Agent didn’t think he lied and they charged him anyway. Now, we’re all learning how flawed the case was from the beginning and they want another delay. Good chance he’ll walk.

Mueller thought he was going to bully and crush all who opposed him. We’ll see how it plays out.

"Here", said the President. "Try this bone".

Trump and Guiliani know what they're doing.

And this Stormy business is no one's business.

4D chess?

Ok.

That places it in the headlines 24/7 rotation and you lose in the court of public opinion with mid-term election just a skip away. Zero talk of the foreign policy successes, the economic successes.

CNN pundit: is trump using the North Korean peace talks to distract the American public from the mueller investigation??

(What, can’t trump simply order a bombing of a pharmaceutical factory while getting a (redacted)j under the Oval Office desk like a respectable president would?? Lol)

...and that the money Daniels received did not come from the Trump campaign's coffers.

That fact, according to the democrats' own standards, moves the entire episode from the realm of "public concern" to the realm of "private life".

President minutes ago on FOX: Fox News ‏Verified account @FoxNews 28m28 minutes ago .@POTUS: "Rudy is a great guy but he just started a day ago. But he really has his heart into it. He's working hard. He's learning the subject matter... He'll get his facts straight."

Well...it appears that it completely eliminated the illegal campaign contribution canard of the Mueller/Rosenstein gang.

How do you figure? If Cohen advanced the money to Daniels for the purpose of protecting the campaign then that's a contribution that should have been reported and wasn't. Never mind the fact that he contradicted what Trump has been saying. Giuliani did nothing to put this to rest. He poured gasoline on the embers.

If they had strict message discipline then the news cycle would be filled with North Korea, hostage releases, economic news, trade deficit reductions, etc.

They’re shooting themselves in the foot.

Forget contribution or in-kind.

Former head of the FEC put all that to bed, figuratively ;-)

Rudy should have kept his mouth shut. Message discipline.
BtW, he looked, off.Bad,unhealthy,bloated.
I`m not sure he’s ready for the rigours of eating sleeping thinking work 24 hours a day.

Go to the source and listen to Trump’s words. Accepting ZeroHedge as authority is always a bad idea. To wit: They actually make the claim that Trump’s praise of Rudy is tantamount to firing him.

(Michael bender, wsj)

Now vender is claiming in essence that trump is using the low unemployment numbers to distract from the alleged scandals.

It is amusing to watch CNN pundits brain matter exploding in real time trying to keep up with trump. I wish I was a fly on the Oval Office wall sometimes...

"An illegal $130K campaign contribution would be taken care of by the FEC in one of two ways. A fine, or a refund of the contribution."

That's the normal way of dealing with it, but I still think it's a stretch to call this a campaign contribution.

“How do you figure? If Cohen advanced the money to Daniels for the purpose of protecting the campaign then that’s a contribution that should have been reported and wasn’t.”

During the campaign....Trump and his legal team were settling all kinds of lawsuits, (Trump University) cases and other issues....many of which no one heard of. This is another one. The lawyers are in charge of this. Trump money pays the legal fees and costs.

Simple.....Nothing illegal about this.

Going to jail over a one time small illegal campaign contribution is pretty much unheard of.

Tell that to this guy.
I think he may be the only one.

Fake news. He’s doing what Carville used to do for Clinton (except telling the truth), and they loved Carville. Trump sent him out to do this.
