for several years now, the dems have pursued a policy of legal terrorism, aimed at bankrupting those with whom they disagree. As I recall, Sarah Palin was their first successful operation. Even after the 2008 election, dem operatives, not just in Alaska, filed a blizzard of nonsensical lawsuits and “ethics complaints” aimed at bankrupting her or driving her out of office. Now, they have decided that they are not only going after Trump himself, but at anyone associated with him.
Why do people go out & hire a lawyer just to be questioned? They have no authority to force you to say anything. I’d simply refuse to answer any questions under my 5th amendment rights unless they want to grant immunity.
The left has been going after us with lawfare for years now. We should stop cooperating.
