If Lyn’ Ted did this, it is because he realizes without Trump’s support Beto will beat him in Texas. Probably will anyway.

We need Ted in the Senate.

Ted's support will help Donald both short and long term.

I believe this will help all GOP races, as it reduces the temptation for divisive squabbles among all our peeps.

Dems are likely upset over this. Bummer. ( heh heh)

Thanks Ted!

These are weasel words of a liar “I certainly assume so. I was supportive of and campaigned for President Trump in 2016” He did not support Trump in 2016, barely since. He’s still a liar. Shame on anyone wrapping themselves around this, trying to rehabilitate Lyn’ Ted. Has he ever apologized for his many lies? No, never. And no one has ever once shown where he apologized for his stunt at the convention, as just one example. Or, lying about his citizenship? Or his lies about health insurance? Or... So, so many. Some of us don’t have short memories or are so enamored in this hated guy to forget or forgive his many lies. We don’t need Lyn’ Ted at all costs. We don’t need him at all. And sad people fall for what is a clear lie: “I certainly assume so. I was supportive of and campaigned for President Trump in 2016.” He did not support Trump in 2016!

Good to know that Cruz won’t be running against Trump in the New Hampshire primary in 2020. Now if only Trump can beat John (”Vote for me because my father was a mailman”) Kasich, he should be good to go for the nomination.

Cruz replied, “I certainly assume so. I was supportive of and campaigned for President Trump in 2016...

Yeah 1.5 days out of 100 ya punk ass bitch.

Did you endorse him at the convention Mr. Hot Shot supporter?

What a maggot.

‘“I certainly assume so. I was supportive of and campaigned for President Trump in 2016, and I am very encouraged with the substantive policy victories we are getting, whether it is an historic tax cut bill, whether it is regulatory reform that’s unleashing jobs, whether it is repealing the Obamacare individual mandate — which I led the fight to do in the United States Senate — whether it is nominating and confirming strong constitutionalists to the courts. On all of those fights I’ve been working to lead the battle. I’m content to continue working to lead that battle and defend our freedoms and defend the Constitution.”’

If Obama said this many ‘I’s, when asked about someone other than himself, we’d say something about it.

Things must be looking a little dicey down in Texas for Mr. Constitution to tamp down his Presidential aspirations long enough to endorse Trump.

Whatever.

I’ll take him at his word because I am optimistic by nature.

Welcome aboard, Rafael Jr. - there’s a nice spot for you over in the corner. We’ll call when you’re needed.

This is good news! Most FReeper's noticed right from the start that Trump and Cruz on the same side make a formidable opposition against democrat Marxist B.S. and treachery.

(Cue the the democrat trolls disguised as FReepers, to now begin sewing discord and division with their incessant Cruz bashing, in 3..2...1😠)

Good news. The more support for President Trump the better. Cruz will bring others on-board.

I don't see where Trump was credited with doing anything related to the things here.

Is Cruz aware that one judicial nominee has been hanging since May of 2017, without approval? A number of others have not been acted on. Just how much help has he been anyway?

I was never a “never Trumper”. Cruz was my first choice and his refusal to endorse Trump at the Convention was a mistake. One should also remember how nasty Trump was to Cruz’ family.

Cruz is probably pleasantly surprised that Trump has largely kept his campaign promises, so why wouldn’t he say he endorses Trump?
