Lately we have been seeing lots of stories about how voters who supported President Trump are moving away from supporting Republicans because of Trump’s policies and that they are going to vote for Democrats in the midterm elections. Isn’t it amazing that as Trump’s approval ratings gradually go up, we get these stories of Republicans running away?
A huge majority of the journalists writing these stories don’t like Republicans or Republican policies and the purpose of the stories is to push Republicans to change their votes instead of inform.
The latest theme is Republicans are going to lose big and one of the major storylines being repeated over and over again is that Midwestern farmers will vote against Republicans because of Trump's trade policies.
Are farmers going to go back to Democrats and have their top income tax rate on their farm income raised to 39.6% from 29.6%? Are they going to embrace the party of endless regulations? Would they really give up the tax cuts and the reduced regulations because of temporary tariffs meant to finally pressure China? My guess is most farmers recognize the long term benefit of Trump’s policies and will vote accordingly.
I believe that worldwide demand for soybeans and corn will be the same and somehow the product will be shipped to other countries and then shipped to China without the tariffs. Have Democrats traditionally been free traders? Here is what the press is reporting:

We just need to be aware of candidates who borrow from the Conor Lamb playbook — echo Republicans enough to get elected, whether or not they will actually vote that way.
Two years away and there is a mid-term election to win, but the same site that had your article has one claiming Trump will not seek re-election due to his wife.

Those washingtonians and the media do NOT live out here in voter-land. They said hillary was going to win ... the shock button hit them about 9 pm that night.. and it took them 2 hours before they... with long faces.... admitted the outcome. They missed it bigtime... and if anything, Trump has gained voters.... paychecks are more... and that persuades.
We have a winner... we have a leader.. we have a fighter.. and the media is gonna’ run out of ways to run that down.

The leftist jackals would slit their own mothers' throats if it would cost President Trump one vote in his 2020 reelection bid. Pay no heed. They are going to lose again and be weeping and wailing and crying and scheming for another four years after that.

I personally don’t know any Trump voters who have walked away. At times I have been disappointed in him. But we are sticking around. The alternative would be a rapid descent into the Socialist tyranny that Millenials seem to crave.

not the Trump voters in my household and those who we know personally ... ALL of us are absolutely thrilled with all the things Trump is doing, including not taking shit from the leftist fake stream media, and we all can’t wait to vote for him again!

not to mention unemployment is WAY down, available jobs are way up and consumer sentiment is at an 18 year high.
also, in 2020 i seriously doubt that the many businesses that opposed trump in 2016 will oppose him again, but instead will actually support him ...

not to mention, being the herd creatures that they are, each original BS article attacking Trump gets picked up and regurgitated by hundreds of other fake stream media outlets, making it APPEAR to be a tidal wave when none actually exists ... in fact, regurgitating fake news without checking whether it’s fake is THE hallmark of the leftist fake stream media, even Mueller himself pointed that out a week ago ...
So there are those who don’t like Trump’s hair.. or the way he talks... but do they like the outcome of what he has done?
I just applied for an absentee ballot for GA and they want ID.. (license number) I guess CA is giving out driver’s license for that reason... but do they still demand an ID to vote. Voting by illegals has to be stopped... but CA is not going to vote for Trump with or without illegals.. hollywood lives there.
I know I’m running from CNN and the Demonrats.
