Yes-— this is the “intellectual judiciary candidate” at work.... the “theoretics” of .... the “law”. Admirably honoring the Constitution, but lacking the ability for other than “court based” real world criminality.
As in— there are LOTs of judges available to deliver punishment. Some sit on a bench and interpret the law, for good or bad with their prejudices. Others... are “informally employed”.
Gowdy is to “loving” of his former fbi investigators from his prosecutor days (with its incumbent sense of satisfaction of proper penalizing justice meted out) is mouthy— speaks well but too much and is an amateur when it comes to diplomatic speech. The release of classified information— not once but at least three times by the TOP federal LEO in charge of domestic intelligence and counterintelligence surveillance-— THAT should mean 20 years in federal pen, zero parole. Why? Because we ARE at war against the worldwide islamofascist brotherhood and their various “partners” (like the russians and iranians).
