It's not hard to figure out unless one's mind is blind by conspiracy nonsense.
The nonsense is demonstrated in your flimsy, funny and false proposition. And snide remarks can’t change that.
A believer in some conspiracies does not believe every conspiracy. For example, I believe there was a conspiracy involving the JFK killing but not that there was a conspiracy between Trump and the Russians.
There is no reason to believe Assad wouldn’t use chemical weapons if he thought he could get away with it. He’s not a benevolent dictator.
