Democratic state lawmakers have a new target as they aim to tighten New Jersey's already strict firearms laws: "ghost guns."
A new bill that began advancing in the Democrat-controlled state Legislature on Monday would prohibit the purchase of firearm parts used to make these untraceable homemade guns.
The state Senate Law and Public Safety committee approved the measure along with a package of six other Democrat-sponsored gun-control bills that continue to move closer to Gov. Phil Murphy's desk.

Ghost Gun: Another made-up word liberals invent for political purposes and everyone accepts.
The only time I ever set foot in New Jersey, I was on some interstate, and to my right and to my left were these smokestacks and fire-emitting structures, that puffed black clouds and flames into the sky.
I realized right then, that if I was a very horrible person, when I died, I would be sent to New Jersey.
Anyone with a reasonable amount of mechanical skill can complete an 80% receiver using a medium size drill press.
When ghost gun parts are outlawed,
only outlaws will have ghost gun
parts.

I lived their briefly before telling them the ten thousand reasons I was leaving. If there is one thing Jersey needs to ban it’s UGLY! They have it in spades!
I thought private building of firearms has been illegal here in the People’s Republic since 1966. Remember “Zip Guns”?(Shrugs shoulders.)

So make it doubly illegal - that'll show 'em.
Michigan has required gun registration for 90 years.
It has only helped solve ONE gun crime in that time.
Registration is simply the enabling step prior to gun confiscation.
