I concur - as much as I dislike the outcome I prefer the rule of law and a proper reading of such.

Again, with that Roberts had been consistent with his reasoning regarding Obamacare.

So, any constitutionally vague statute is unconstitutional, no matter what its governing subject is.

Is that what you mean?
