What you “believe” has no relevance to what the well established law of constitutional construction IS.
Changing the law at whim to serve political circumstances is a Democrat trait. No Constitutional conservative should EVER countenance it.
It’s not “legalistic” - or a “technicality” - or any of the other buzz-words that people who don’t understand the law throw out there.
As Justice Scalia (may he rest in peace!) remarked, “If you’re going to be a good and faithful judge, you have to resign yourself to the fact that you’re not always going to like the conclusions you reach. If you like them all the time, you’re probably doing something wrong.”
I agree with Scalia, but obviously the leftists like the Lenin Sisters ALWAYS manage to force the square pegs of our Constitution into their anarchical round holes, almost never the conservatives. NO law is every going to be perfect. It is up to the people to change things, not oligarchs, as it seems Gorsuch fashions himself.
What these fools decided to do is to shred our immigration laws, and to allow chaos to reign instead. *Exactly* what all Democrat miscreants want in 2018.

We had the Constitution thrown completely out as Judge Napolitano stated in his book on the Progressives. Pres. Wilson was a controlled, evil “puppet” of the House of Rothschild/Bank of London who allowed an evil System to destroy our Constitution with the Federal Reserve Act and Marxist Income Tax Act. By the time of FDR, a Stalinist “System” was in full effect.
Until we RETURN our CONSTITUTION, this whole unconstitutional SYSTEM must be destroyed. Since the SYSTEM eliminates individualism and Free Will and sets up a Marxist, Socialist, totalitarian “collective” system of Slavery which destroys free will in the USA.
It is all a diabolical, satanic “plan” to flip 2000 years of Ethics (Christianity), back to the tribal, collective mindset which erases free will (logic and reason) in our children so Up is Down, Evil is Good, and God is Dead (for total dehumanization/totalitarianism)
UNTIL the SYSTEM is destroyed, we can NOT get back to the Constitution and Rule of Law. We now have Rule of Oligarchy (slavery). Mark Levin just advocates putting bandaids on leprosy or in rewriting our Constitution-—the most brilliant, political document in the history of mankind.
