Asked about the Steele dossier in the same interview, Collins said Mueller is the one who must "investigate" whether it's true or not. No kidding. And she didn't even mention that the fraud document, used to fool the FISA court for a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, was paid for by Hillary Clinton.

When we will FINALLY get around to opening some serious investigations on Hillary Clinton and her foundation, her lies, and her coverup. Senators would help the electorate restore confidence in the Justice Dept...if some Democrats came under investigation.

It’s hard to believe she stopped shaking long enough to get that sentience out.

This woman is senile. Along with Pelosi, she is included in that weekly list of congress people getting Alzheimer's’ pills.

Too many “Republicans” in DC are on Hillary’s side. They don’t seem to realize that’s the evil side. Or, maybe they do realize it.

She’s just trying to sound tough. Like all the Senate Republicans. There’s not a true Trump supporter among them. Just part-timers.
However, if Trump fires Rosenstein, and he should, then he can interview (with Sessions) potential replacements from within the ranks of the DOJ.
When he finds one he likes, he can make an interim appointment and he’ll be vested with all the power of the position.
He’ll be “the acting” Deputy Attorney General.
And Ms Collins won’t get a vote on that.

She is one despicable woman in my book.

Does anyone still believe that is true? I thought even liberals had given up on that one.

Maine Sen. Susan Collins promised the Senate would not confirm a replacement for Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein if that individual would not commit to continuing the Russia investigation. I have no problem with this. Mueller can continue the Russian investigation for as long as he wants. We just need a new supervisor who will curtail his investigations of everything else.

I don't believe there is an honest man or woman in the fbi, certainly not sessions. He stabbed Trump in the back the second he was sworn in. He had an obligation and a duty to be up front with Trump. The only reason he could have not to be is he was plotting to get Trump all along.

Actually she has been consistent of being the female McCain. The bitch insults everyone by calling herself a Republican. She should just switch to the D’ because 99% of her votes are against the actual values of the GOP.

I have to agree.

I have no problem with this. Mueller can continue the Russian investigation for as long as he wants. We just need a new supervisor who will curtail his investigations of everything else. I'd take that deal. Leave Mueller alone to continue only the "Russian investigation". Fire Rosenstein and pick an new DAG such has Joe diGenova who would start prosecuting the Deep State on all of their crimes.

this woman is an absolute g-dmned cypher moron half-wit. A “republican” mental midget. How could anyone come the conculsion (except by being an idiot AND willfully un-informed and a clinton crony like the greek female senator that used to be her fellow Maine Senator.
She is not seeking re-election so now we can truly know what moronic thoughts and clearly disloyal false person she really is. Good riddance.
Not only that— she is dead wrong— because Rosenstein is going to be indicted FIRST then fired. And a result of the indictment will be to shut down mueller’s “investigation”.
