When either Bush finally goes, do you think Trump will be welcome at the funeral?
I still like that she was the feisty one.
I will pray for the salvation of her soul, that she repents of her pro-Abortion, pro Obamacare positions before the one true and Holy God.
I will also pray that the Holy Spirit convicts her of the sin of hatred of Sarah Palin/Tea Party/true Christian conservatives, so that her sins might be forgiven and her soul saved by Christ.
She did reach nice old age. Hopefully she is comfortable.

Insulted Sarah Palin
“COPD, and congestive heart failure”
Several relatives had this. Too much smoking. Not pretty.
But 90s is a good run.
That’s how my Grandmother went ...at 66 years old.
Watched her die in pieces...the Woman who raised me and I couldn’t do nothing about it.
The last time we took her to the hospital was it. She said “no more, I want to go home”.
I pray for the repose of Barbara’s soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed.
I remember a photo taken during the primaries. She was struggling up a hill, on a walker. Far ahead of her, opening the door for himself, was her hope for 2016.
I wish her well.
I’d bet her pro-abortion position follows her for eternity.
Time for the deathbed confession of how you wrote an alibi for your husband, lying about how you guys were NOT in Dallas when JFK was assassinated, when Georgie was indeed there.
"...First Lady Barbara Bush..."
Good for her. Much better to die at home in your own bed.
I’m very glad for her that she lived long enough to see Yeb! fail in such a spectacular fashion to someone she thought unworthy. And that W finished office with record low approval numbers. And that her husband could only manage one term.
Godspeed Babs.

Ive lost a lot of respect for the Bush family but wish her well nonetheless
I’m sorry for her sufffering. Didn’t know she was a smoker.
I’ll always remember the first photo I saw of her in 1979. She and her husband were standing in the doorway of an airplane smiling at the photographers. I thought, “He must be a bachelor to bring his grandmother to the convention.”
And sure enough, when she became First Lady, she was “Ma Bush” a character like Rose Kennedy whose lust for power drove her husband and sons through lifelong political careers.
She was a wonderful First Lady...
That is very unfortunate.
Both Bush I and Barbara have been blessed to live so long. Hope Barbara recovers.
