Inspector General First Release – Chris Farrell: “I don’t think the FBI recovers from this”…
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 4/14/2018 | SUNDANCE

Posted on 04/14/2018 9:23:24 PM PDT by bitt

Judicial Watch Director of Investigations Chris Farrell discusses the DOJ inspector general’s report that outlines exhaustive political corruption. OIG release #1 proving former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe authorized leaks to the media, then lied to FBI investigators in an effort to cover them up.

There are so many threads of information surrounding the 2016 operation to conduct political surveillance on the Trump campaign by various officials and offices within corrupt structures of government, it’s easy to get lost. However, if we take all the various bits of information and place them together a less confusing picture emerges.

The {Go Deep} summary outline looks like this: The FISA-702(17) ‘About Queries’; the political opposition research of Fusion-GPS, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr and Glenn Simpson; the DOJ officials and FBI officials; the U.S. State Department and U.N Ambassador Samantha Power; the Clinton-Steele Dossier and Christopher Steele; the FISA Title-1 surveillance warrant; and the unmasking by former Senior White House officials: Lisa Monaco and Susan Rice.

Exactly

Why is it that the FBI does not allow interviews to be tape recorded? Or for an independent official transcript of an interview to be made? How easy is it to alter a 302, and intentionally misspell names, and then accuse the interviewee of lying to a federal LEO?

Excellent post, bitt. It is evident that none of the reflexive posters bothered to read the CTH article before ranting. What is revealed is that the plotters identified the wrong Michael Cohen as traveling to Prague, and then fed that name to Christopher Steele to include in his fake "dossier." Trump attorney Michael Cohen insists that he has never been to Prague.

There has never been a perfect crime. Call it "divine intervention" or whatever you want, but criminals always make a mistake. Naming the wrong "Michael Cohen" confirms a timeline of actors and events, and may be the key that unravels the entire plot.

“I don’t think the FBI recovers from this”…..........

Indeed, there is a need for major change in MANY gubmint departments. Like Trump suggested, t’s time to drain the swamp.

Re: Cohen, Clinton, Epstein pedo info
If anything, on the slim chance such documents existed, you can damn well bet they do not exist now. The ruling political class ALWAYS protects it’s own and provides for them even after their usefulness has expired. Unless they have a moment of conscience, and tell the truth for once. But that is hushed up in a hurry.

I have good smell instincts on this kind of stuff.

Way back many moons ago, without all the facts contained in the posted report were not yet out, I said “this” is much bigger than Watergate. Not only should a former President be impeached (if possible), but many in his government, as well as Billary, Inc. should be arrested and go to jail. Collectively, they used and abused the powers of the U.S. government to act as a government unto themselves for mere political purposes against their leading political opponent.

Yeah these America and Constitution loving agents are as quiet and meek as church mice. It kind of reminds one of a mafia type entity where no one crosses the boss Comey, neither do they cross his enforcer MCabe. And the other families the CIA, NSA, IRS, insert crime agency name... use the same methods to control their employees. The deep state, or praetorian guard rides again, setting policy, taking out unapproved emperors and replacing them with lackeys they control.

I want to see this POTUS tweet the day the IG report releases:
“Because of the inability of the FBI to respond to Congressional oversight and the exposure of recent high-level corruption and abuse of power, I have ordered AG Sessions to present to me a plan for immediate devolution of the FBI roles to the states, by next Friday”

The most immediate and easiest thing to do would be to decertify federal government unions. That can be done by rescinding JFK’s executive order allowing them. It requires no legislation. That removes hard core left wing meddling from at least 40% of FedGov. That was Lois Lerner’s power base. (Allowing union partisanship inside a sensitive area like the IRS! Who thought that was a good idea? I can see why Rats would want access to that kind of information and power.) Also actually enforce the Hatch Act! Rat administrations ignore it, GOP administrations pay lip service to it. McCabe should have been given the choice when his wife entered partisan politics: 1) You find another job outside FedGov (private sector), or 2) You’re wife not run, or 3) Divorce your wife. My comments on your 3 proposals:

“..1. Very strict term limits for elected office. ..”

Absolutely agree! A decade (10 or 12 years) in office is enough! Go home!

” ... 2. Strict limits on any political activity by government employees - with immediate loss of job and pension as a consequence (e.g. Lois Lerner should have faced these consequences). ...”

Already exists! (Hatch Act) just rarely to never enforced!

“.. 3. Strict limits on total years allowed (25 years) in jobs in specific federal agencies and departments (e.g. State, Justice, Homeland Security, H&HS, FBI, etc.). ..”

In practice not really very effective to solve this problem, in 25-30 years the vast majority of those people are headed for retirement.
If you’re talking about the SES ranks those people at least on paper don’t have the civil service protections regarding termination. So at least in theory those people can be fired for misbehavior. Also on paper the Hatch Act restrictions are even more stringent. It’s just not enforced!

Sorry; typo error; the IG is not part of the FBI. Of course the DOJ IG is part of the DOJ, and the FBI is subordinate to the DOJ, not vice versa.

Indeed.

On the SAME NIGHT and NOT FAR FROM the very spot Seth Rich was murdered, an FBI agent's hand gun was reported stolen. Hmmm.. Let me get out my logic calculator..

Hillary ordered her FBI to hit Seth Rich, then they conveniently made the gun used to murder him DISAPPEAR.

‘The coup de grace to Nixon was evidence that he had tried to use the CIA to thwart the Watergate investigation. Obama used the Justice Department under Lynch, the FBI under Comey, the CIA under Brennan and probably the NSA to stop Trump and aid Clinton.’

True, and Sessions’ bff Rosenstein is up to his neck in it. Sessions will be remembered as the backstabber who consigned Trump’s fate to a proven Trump-hater and criminal. What a disgrace.

Sessions praised Rosenstein *because* he’s been deep in the swamp for 27 years.

So much for TRUST SESSIONS .

If “recovers” means “regains public confidence” then there is no way that will ever happen.

Wow! You’re right. Way to go, thinking outside of the box. Maybe they ARE looking for evidence about the pedo stuff, and it “may not have anything to do with PDJT”, as you say.

hahahahahahaha

OMG. Anyone who thinks there is a significant difference between the FBI and Stasi at this late date is smoking something. Wow.

“IG is part of DOJ as is FBI”

Thanks guys. I knew that. ;)

The DOJ is filled with rabid lefties—Hillary voters and Trump haters. “Den of thieves and lowlifes”

Anyone expecting justice from the IG & by extension, jeff sessions, is delusional. See Sundunce and his Q-laid drinking followers.

Exactly. Good post. That HAS to be done as well as radically reducing the fed govt by whatever means necessary. It’s now or never.

Right now the political/Media class in this country is using police state tactics, and a total contempt for the rule of law and intellectual honesty, to try an undo the results of a US election. They are currently demonstrating a complete contempt for the principals on which the Republic was founded

This is the greatest fundamental assault on the our Republic possibly ever.Powerful forces in our own government are simply ignore virtually every principal of our Democracy to push their extremist political agenda

And a large chunk of the "Conservative movement" thinks this is just "politics as usual".
